Unconvention India 2009

Unconvention India 2009 set out to bring together musicians and key people from the music scene in India to start talking to each other for the first time!

To really make this relevant, we also had people from the UK music scene tour the country (atleast the bit of it we could manage to take them to) and get a fair hands on experience and a real feel for what happens here.

Through the conference, we explored ideas that were really relevant to the scene in India, heard about equivalents from abroad and shared thoughts on how we can take the whole learning forward in a way that makes sense here.

This blog hopes to start an exchange of ideas and be a single place where all updates about work being done at various levels in the “Indian Music Scene” can be shared across everyone that cares!
